The answer to these questions are the reasons we have
established Ocean View Homes back in 1991.
We strongly feel, and our experience has shown; that our
seniors will receive a better quality of care in a smaller setting like ours.
They will feel more secure and reassured in a home
setting.
- Our ratio of caregivers to
residents is: At least one caregiver for every two residents and this
certainly will not be matched at any institutional facility.
- And even though, the care is
better and quality is higher at Ocean View Homes, the cost
is lower: Our rates are 1/3 to 1/2 of the rates of most institutional
assisted living facilities or nursing homes.
