The following services are included:
 

  • Continuous 24-hours care, observation and  monitoring to ensure the residents' well being.
  • Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene and other personal care needs.
  • Showering minimum twice weekly
  • Assistance with medications.
  • Three nutritional, well-balanced meals daily and two daily snacks between meals. ( More meals and snacks upon resident's request).
  • Meals brought to the room upon request
  • Stimulating Activity programs.
  • Transportation arrangement to medical and dental appointments.
  • Laundry and linen services.
  • Extra care when ill
  • Pedicures, nails filed and polished by staff
  • Podiatry (free to Medicare clients)
  • Hygiene care daily.  Hair is combed, lotions and make-up applied
  • Hygiene products supplied, except special order products
  • Mobile Physicians  send MDs and EMTs to diagnose and treat   at the facility. (No charge to Medicare clients)
  • Health care nurses visit our residents (no charge to Medicare clients)
  • Medication Management - We carefully dispense all medications exactly as   prescribed
  • Housekeeping.

    We truly pamper our residents.  Lots of hugs are given, each resident is   acknowledged by name throughout each day. Each resident is complimented:   “Alice, I see you had your hair done; it really looks nice.”  This daily personal   attention makes each resident just feel better.

    • Television cable service in each room.
    • Call buttons at bedside.

    • Patio/deck off several bedrooms.

    • Non-smoking facility.


      Only Extra Charges:

     

    • Hair care at our facility. Billed directly by hair care professionals
    • Special medical supplements such as Thick-it or Ensure.
    • Incontinent supplies. Billed directly by product providers or supplied by the family of the resident.
